Meta’s supported analytics APIs require a professional Instagram account: Business or Creator. You can switch account type in Instagram settings. Our current Facebook Login connection also requires a linked Facebook Page that you can manage.

Create a Dadigram account, open Connections, and select Connect Instagram. Sign in on Meta, choose the relevant business and Page, and grant the requested analytics permissions. Back in Dadigram, select Sync to retrieve available insights.

Meta varies metric availability by media type, account size, permission, and API version. Audience demographics may be hidden below privacy thresholds. A dash means no data was supplied; it is never treated as zero.

The initial sync attempts to retrieve the previous 30 days of daily account metrics and up to 250 recent media items. Detailed media insights are fetched for the latest 40 items per sync. Follower history starts when Dadigram first collects it. Data is retained in your workspace to build history over time.

Account charts use the selected dates. Content filters select posts by publication date, while each post’s engagement metrics are lifetime snapshots. Audience panels display the latest available snapshot for Meta’s last-30-day timeframe.

Daily reach is deduplicated by Meta within a day. Adding daily reach would count some people more than once, so the dashboard shows average daily reach. It does not claim to show unique people across the entire range.

Yes. Use Export in your dashboard to download daily account metrics or content as CSV. Missing metrics remain blank. Reports save the account and date filters, and load the latest stored data for that view.

Disconnect an account in Connections to remove its stored Instagram data. Delete your Dadigram account in Settings to remove the whole workspace. You can also contact us for help with a privacy request.
