Information we collect
We store your name, email address, a securely hashed password, and session records when you register. When you connect Instagram through Meta, we receive the professional account profile, media, analytics, and access tokens covered by the permissions you grant. We also store messages you send through our contact form.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, connect the accounts you select, retrieve and display analytics, save your report filters, export your data at your request, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information or use connected Instagram data for advertising.
Service providers
Dadigram uses Vercel to host the application, Neon to store application data, and Meta APIs to retrieve authorized Instagram information. Where password recovery email is enabled, the configured email provider processes your email address and recovery message. These providers process information needed to deliver their respective services. Data may be processed outside your country.
Security and retention
Passwords are hashed and connected-account tokens are encrypted before storage. Sessions expire after 14 days. We retain account and analytics data while your account remains active. Disconnecting an Instagram account deletes its stored token, analytics, and saved reports from the active database. Deleting your Dadigram account deletes your profile and its associated application data. Infrastructure backups and operational logs may persist according to provider retention schedules.
Your choices and rights
You can disconnect Instagram in Connections, delete your Dadigram account in Settings, and export content or daily metrics as CSV. You can also revoke Dadigram access in Meta’s app settings. For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests, use the contact form and select Privacy & data. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Cookies and children
We use an essential session cookie for sign-in. This release does not include advertising cookies or third-party website analytics trackers. Dadigram is intended for adults managing professional Instagram accounts and is not directed to children under 18.
